Ecological Risk Assessment of Terrestrial Oil Exploitation

Through research on risk characterization technology and ecological risk early-warning platform technology in typical oil exploitation area, index system for identification, diagnosis and classification of pollution source and its featured pollutants in typical oil exploitation area is established. Corresponding pollution spectrum recognition method and diagnosis technology is established to realize classification and rapid identification of pollution area, with main pollutant’s diffusion effect monitoring index and regulation being stretched out. Sensitive receptor in area exposed to pollutant is identified. Meanwhile, pollutant’s exposure way, degree as well as ecological effect-dose relationship during process of oil exploitation is studied to construct characterization model and parameter of pollution risk towards different medium during oil exploitation. Ecological risk assessment technology concerning pollutant exposure during oil exploitation will also be researched and developed to realize quantification of ecological risk assessment in oil exploitation area, providing technical support for ecological risk assessment and management of terrestrial oil exploitation. |

New Technology of detecting Transgenic Organism
In allusion to CpTI are chosen to research and develop rapid and high efficient quantitative and qualitative detection technology of exogenous gene’s protein expression, which is of transgenic test with China’s proprietary intellectual property rights. Research on quantitative and qualitative detection technology of transgene residue during growth and processing of typical transgenic crops is carried out as the focus, in accordance with possible and potential ecological risk during research and development as well as the application of transgenic organism. On the basis of above research, R&D will be conducted to find out new technology of protein level based detection with high throughput, high sensitivity, convenience and efficiency, while developing highly sensitive, strongly particular, instant reflecting test kit and detection equipment for wild monitoring, whose cost would be 50% lower than current method, with testing time of 15-20 mins, lowest detection limit value of 50μg/L, and accuracy of 1μg/mL.
